Its prime location on the banks of the Khwai River on the Xakanaxa Lagoon in the heart of the Moremi Game Reserve ensures that it is one of the only safari camps which can provide guests with an authentic year round Okavango Delta land and water safari experience.

The stylish main buildings extend over the Khwai River and are set on raised platforms to maximize the views over the surrounding lagoons and islands. The emphasis is on discreet personal service, to ensure maximum guest enjoyment.

Rooms

Xakanaxa Camp has 12 twin bedded canvas, Meru-styled classic luxury safari tents on raised decks. Ensuite facilities within the tents include a shower, hand basin and ablution facilities.  There are fans in all the guest tents to keep out the sting of the African heat.  A unique water sprinkler system also aids cooling in the midday heat. Plug points are available for charging your camera equipment, and for the use of a hairdryer (supplied).
