Day 1-4: Phinda Private Game Reserve

On arrival at Durban Airport, collect your Group C vehicle and drive 3 hours to Phinda Private Game reserve. Spend 4 nights at Phinda Forest Lodge and only pay for 3!

Inclusive Accommodation, three meals daily, soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers, teas and coffees, refreshments on game drives, laundry, scheduled safari activities, nature walks (1 hour) accompanied by experienced armed trackers, subject to availability, emergency medical evacuation insurance.

Set in rare sand forest, the glass walls of Phinda Forest Lodge offer a sweeping view of one of the most unique ecosystems on the planet. The dainty forms of dwarf forest antelope dart among and below the suites, raised on stilts to float between the sandy forest floor and the leafy canopy above. Waking up to rustling forest sounds and bird song, surrounded by delicate leaf-filtered light, a pervading sense of peace and calm will set the tone for your entire day. Mealtimes on the open air dining deck bring about their own distractions, as monkeys frolic in the branches and an ever-changing assortment of wildlife grazes on the open plain in the distance. In the evenings, when warm firelight welcomes you to the boma, wide-eyed bush babies watch inquisitively from the dense foliage above. Day 5-8: KwaZulu Natal

Drive 2 hours to the Thonga Beach Lodge meeting point. Leave you vehicle at the drop off point and you will be collected and driven to the lodge. Spend 4 nights at Thonga Beach Lodge in a sea facing chalet including accommodation, meals, teas & coffees, use of snorkelling equipment, guided walks, kayaking and sundowners at Lake Sibaya.

Thonga Beach Lodge is set on the pristine shores of the Maputuland coast, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Day 9: Depart

You will be driven back to the drop off point. Collect your vehicle and drive 3 hours to Richards bay Airport. Drop off the vehicle and depart on a flight to Johannesburg (scheduled flight is not included in the package price).
