The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is located just 4km from the Victoria Falls. The Lodge is built on a plateau overlooking a water hole frequented by elephant, kudu, buffalo and a wide variety of birdlife. The Lodge has been voted Best Safari Lodge/Resort in Zimbabwe for twenty consecutive years.
The onsite waterhole provides excellent game viewing from the viewing deck, pool deck or over drinks and a meal at the Buffalo Bar and Makuwa-Kuwa Restaurant. The majority of the rooms at the lodge also have private balconies where you may watch from.
The lodge additionally offers a bird hide to spot a variety of different species and a Siduli hide, where you can get up close to wildlife from the hide, designed to look like a termite mound. These locations are ideal for keen photographers and wildlife enthusiasts who seek a unique way to enjoy wildlife whilst visiting Victoria Falls.
The rooms at the lodge feature sliding glass doors which open onto the balcony and offer superb views of the bushveld and spectacular sunsets.
There are 24 standard rooms designed in soft, earthy colours each with ensuite bathroom, rainfall shower and twin or double beds.
The 42 waterhole facing rooms have the same layout as the standard rooms with the bonus of facing the waterhole. This offers excellent wildlife viewing from the privacy of your room. There are six duplex waterhole facing suites ideal for families and groups.
